1. What was the most important to you both on your wedding day?
The most important part to both of us was being able to spend our wedding day surrounded by our family & friends. It was just such a day filled with love and so much fun! Our families had such an amazing time catching up with each other. We couldn’t really take table pictures because everyone was constantly out of their seats! You can really feel the love that everyone had, not just for us, but for each other.

2. Is there a memory of each other that stands out the most from the day?
Definitely has to be the walk down the aisle! I thought I would be nervous walking down the aisle, but I was just so excited seeing Nate by the alter. I just kept thinking how blessed I am to have such an amazing man in my life.

3. What was the most surprising thing that happened on your wedding day?
We accidentally left my maid of honor at the hotel and we (bride & bridesmaids) drove away in the limo. My sister jumped into her husbands car and we pulled over twice trying to get her into the limo. It was definitely a stressful 5 minutes.
4. What advice would you offer to newly engaged couples planning their wedding?
If something doesn’t go the way you planned, laugh about it & just have fun! There were a lot of things that didn’t happen the way we wanted it to, but Nate & I would look at each other and say “Oh well! Everyone’s still having fun!” Don’t stress out because there’s not point in stressing out when you don’t have the time to fix the problem. Live in the moment and just enjoy everyone’s company instead of focusing on the problem.
