Valerie and David’s Laguna Beach Wedding at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott was just as breathtaking as the ocean views this venue is known for.

A Laguna Beach Wedding at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa
The Laguna Cliffs Marriott sits above the coastline in Dana Point, California. We love this venue for so many reasons, but number one is the amazing views of the ocean it provides for ceremonies.
They offer three different ceremony sites with backdrops of the Pacific. Valerie and David chose to exchange their vows on the lawn, where guests had complete panoramic views of the ocean as they witnessed Valerie and David’s heartfelt ceremony.
Valerie wore a stunning gown with sheer sleeves embellished with pearls, and she carried a classic all white bouquet. David was handsome in white and black.
They brought the elegance of the all white look into their reception decor as well, with chic white floral arrangements for their tables, white draping, and a luxe dance floor personalized with their names and wedding date.
Nigerian Wedding Traditions
Valerie and David are both from Nigeria, so a highlight of their wedding was the way they honored their heritage by incorporating Nigerian traditions into the celebration. After their ceremony and formal portraits, they changed into traditional attire and made a second entrance with a traditional dance. The energy, music, and vibrant colors brought an incredible sense of joy and connection to the day.
