Engagement shoots are all about choosing a scenery that fits each couple’s personality. That’s what makes each one so unique and fun. For Sarah and Jesse that was in Long Beach. We started at the Long Beach Museum of Art and I documented them viewing all the great installations inside. After, I followed them with my camera around downtown as they walked and played with their dog, Plymouth. I think its important to incorporate some type of activity or “mission” to the shoot because it keeps things moving and brings out so much more free flowing emotion. Interacting with the culture of Downtown Long Beach was perfect and I was so pleased with how this engagement shoot turned out!
